Tom Van Ginkel

Tom began his career in commercial real estate in asset management in 2016.  Prior to VANTIS Commercial, Tom lead high performing teams in commercial construction for 15 years.  Tom now matches end users and investors to the best real estate property for their needs.  Tom learned long ago that maintaining and growing a business takes tremendous work ethic, dedication, and commitment; he brings strong analytical skills every transaction, whether representing owners or tenants.  Tom takes tremendous pride in making all aspects of the commercial real estate process easy to navigate and understand.  In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.
